Required Skillsets 1) Proficiency with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) 2) Expert with BPM tool development 3) Solid understanding of current programming languages and employs any/all of these languages to solve the business needs of FNM's internal customers 4) Knowledge of the following: J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, PowerBuilder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series 5) Expert on agreed specialized skill sets Tech skills • Java, JSP, Struts framework, jUnit, ANT • Weblogic. • Sybase SQL, store procedures, iBATIS. • Clearquest, iCart (preferable). • UNIX shell scripting, ‘C’ language. • SOAP, SBA. • Autosys. Soft skills • Code debugging. • Exception tracing – looking in app server logs , co-ordination with support teams like dba, WASSUPP, UNIX support. • Clear, concise, complete and prompt communication.
