Need to be a good SFDC Admin that has worked on 100+ users supporting sales *This person will:* -Be the sole SFDC admin for about 300 users in CTL’s wholesales sales org. - They will be building reports, helping sales managers etc. -Need someone who is a good coach and can find ways to improve how they work and use SFDC. *2. POSITION* *Business Systems Analyst* *12 month contract* *$ 38.00* *Frederick, Maryland* *7+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design is REQUIRED* *Job Details: * Experience with BPMN notation, and flow diagrams critical. Strong experience in overseeing project deliveries to production from ideation through to implementation. Experience within the testing process highly desirable as is knowledge/training specific to human computer interaction/usability. Strong demonstrated expertise in analysis/design. Must be independent worker. Preference for experience working with mainframe delivery teams. Some previous experience/knowledge related to COBOL code highly desirable. Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
