Ability to interpret functionality and system requirements in order to translate into test cases focusing on the end user experience, determine interfaces needed for testing, identify test data requirements, identify impacted user groups needed to participate in UAT, and coordinate the use of test environments needed. Able to interface and coordinate with diverse groups including test and support teams and user groups to meet testing milestones. Ability to be flexible to learn to use additional test systems that may be needed as input to the UAT process. Logs defects using issue tracking tools and also tracks user feedback during UAT to be addressed by subject matter experts and business and functional requirements teams. Ability to document and communicate status of UAT testing. Understanding of carrier Ethernet services is beneficial but ability to learn business services and processes is critical. Must Have: 5+ years UAT experience. Strong soft skills and ability to work with cross functional teams. Nice to Have: Understanding of carrier Ethernet services or Telecommunications Additional information: UAT Tester with at least 5 years’ experience.
