*Job Description:*• Determine business requirements, create test cases, contribute to building test plans, strategies and test schedules, and understand system architecture. • Provide input to what needs to be tested, what test environment and tools are required, covering both UI and back-end functionality. • Responsible for all test activities assigned and contributing to unit, integration & system testing in an AGILE environment. • Provide timely & accurate updates to Project Manager and project team. • Handle and support dynamic schedule, multiple environments, test cycles. • Execute/write Selenium automation scripts if available. • Flexible working hours- overlapping Onsite(US) and Offshore(Bangalore) teams. • Design and implement tests for performance and reliability. • Testing of data supply chain from systems of record to operational data store. • Ability to execute test planning activities and implementation of the Test solutions. • Adhere to processes and best practices around testing standards and change management. • Contribute to creation of project test documents and test dashboard. • Will perform manual/automated testing efforts as required. • Adhere to the QA project action plans, schedule and release cycle testing status. • Assist in preparation of presentations, and QA status communications as required. • Contribute to testing facts and figures for written computation and calculations. Requirements: • Must be Self-motivated, enthusiastic, have a team-building attitude and have Logical thinking and creative problem solving skills. *• 8+ years test experience in a software development environment.• Minimum 2 years Sr. QA Analyst experience.• Must have proven record as a Sr. QA Analyst across multi-functional lines of business.• Must have experience working with test teams from both onsite and offshore.• 3+ years of hands-on experience testing database solutions.• Proficient in VBScript/JavaScript.* • Experience using Selenium as an automation tool. • Strong project release and test management experiences covering all QA release cycle phases. • Solid understanding and Test experience with Relational Database Management Systems. • Proficient in complex SQL queries. • Experience planning, creating and implementing test data plans. • Able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team. • Ability to test the integrity and the security of the system. • Learns, understands, and communicates complex information quickly. • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, including being able to present to team members and management. • Experience working with internal teams and external stakeholders, and across functions outside the local development group. • Strong analytical skills, with an Ability to create and interpret metrics. • Highly organized with an attention to detail to actively maintain QA project schedule, metrics and status. • Experience with any scripting language, Web application testing. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experience. • Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
