Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest... *POSITION* *Business Analyst* *Baltimore, MD (LOCALS ONLY)* *12 months +* *Phone & Skype [ locals highly preferred for in-person]* *$45-50/hr* **** This role will have very heavy client interaction and requires EXCELLENT communication ability ***** Description: The Sr. Solutions Analyst, Enterprise Data acts as a consultant and partner with business partners across the enterprise to elicit, clarify and translate business strategy and operational requirements into data-driven business solutions. The Sr. Solutions Analyst is responsible for documentation and conceptual design from which enterprise solutions are developed. The Sr. SA is responsible for defining (and/or redefining) business needs for new and/or enhanced business processes or services. The Sr. SA is an active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle and will be required to work closely with a variety of internal and external business partners to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented and met. The Sr. SA generally works on projects of medium to high complexity. The Sr. SA also coaches and mentors other team members in both the SA role and business knowledge to assist in project delivery. Requirements/Preferences X Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and/or technical specifications X Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend the best solution to the business and project team X Ability to apply acquired knowledge from prior experience effectively in new situations (medium to high complexity) X Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem solving skills X Must be able to meet with clients of varying levels to gather, document, and analyze system specifications and requirements, work closely with developers and testers in the fast-paced environment. X Strategy or Process Consulting Experience X Ability offer solutions and the business impact to clients in a clear and concise manner.
