*QA AnalystCincinnati, OHContract role3 positionsMax PR: $40-/hr.(Green Card or USC)* DESCRIPTION Under general supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards. Documents and works to resolve all issues. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. Performs work flow analysis and recommends quality improvements. RESPONSIBILITIES • QA Tester will serve on an agile development team supporting the development and web-based applications. • Document and execute test plans and test cases based on Agile User Stories, supplemental functional requirements and direct interaction with project stakeholders. • *Strong experience in Team Foundation Server and Microsoft Test Manager.* QUALIFICATIONS Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills are essential. Leadership skills and strong self-motivation *Proficiency in standard desktop applications (MS Office, Visio, MS Project).Hands on experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries.* Strong software development methodology experience. Strong software testing methodology experience. Understanding of applications and solid troubleshooting skills. College degree desired; preferably in a technology discipline. *Four plus (4+) years in developing and maintaining test cases and test plans.*Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work with a diverse team to develop testing environments and practices. Work day-to-day with management, providing expert support to each as needed and appropriate. Quality certification such as CSTE (Certified Software Tester), CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst), CSQE (Certified Software Quality Engineer), ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board Certified Tester preferred.
