*Job Title : Java Technical LeadLocation : Wilmington, DEDuration : 8 months* *Summary: * The Technical Lead role will be managing and supporting the tactical and strategic delivery of technology services and solutions for the Business in line with business and technology requirements within a cross-functional agile delivery framework. This experienced person will be responsible for the technical leadership, direction and oversight of the design, construction and support aspects of solutions built. The role will require an individual to successfully integrate and collaborate horizontally across multiple value streams, Business and IT stakeholders, lines of businesses as well as effectively work with external vendors. The Technical Lead will be required to clearly document design decisions, adhere to existing architectural and process guidelines, possess the skill sets to develop software components, coach and mentor junior technologists, support QA and Business during testing and actively support production implementations. *Other high-value skills include: * • Innovatively apply knowledge to solve complex business problems, simplify business processes and/or add value to the current state • Demonstrated ability to support multiple concurrent efforts and deliver in a fast paced dynamic environment • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with business analysts, subject matter experts and development teams in designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting application and infrastructure projects • Ability to clearly define and set standards for system architecture, design documentation, code review and traceability • Strong verbal and written communication skills ability to effectively communicate with technical and business resources as well as upper management • Prior customer-facing financial services systems knowledge is highly desirable • Foundational understanding and experience with Agile, Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies *Basic Qualifications: * • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science, Software Engineering or other technical subject areas • 7 years of experience in a technical role • 5 years of experience with application and/or data design, architecture and development • 5 years of experience managing and supporting the full life-cycle of IT development projects - Agile, Scrum SAFe best practices • 3 years of experience with Java, JEE, WebServices, .Net, ETL and/or DB2 • Prior experience working in banking and/or financial services industries • Prior data warehouse architecting, designing and developing experience • Some level of understanding of data management techniques and methodologies Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
