*Role: Java Developer with RESTFUL web services* *Location: Woonsocket, RI* *Duration: 1 Year* *Job Description:* Four or more (4+) years of experience with Java / Java EE server development, including: web services, database development, and message-driven architectures Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and programming experience Experience with web technologies such as; ; RESTful web services, JSON, AJAX, HTML5,CSS3, Java scripts, JSF, SPRING Framework Experience with ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate, etc.), IDEs (Eclipse), databases (Oracle, etc.) Drive performance and reliability enhancements Java Developer Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and effectively execute project plans throughout project lifecycle in accordance Scrum methodologies Collaborate with project team to develop initial estimates and to manage time/cost against those estimates. Experience in developing high performance, scalable and available web services using J2EE and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate. Knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns, and programming skills Experience in designing, developing and delivering software and/or platforms used by other developers, Good understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON and SOAP/WSDL.
