This position will involve working on various critical applications. Integrator will be responsible for working with Providers on integrating their API's to with the Gateway and also providing support for the applications, managing Incidents, Changes and Day-To-Day support in Production, QA and Development environments. This position will involve working with Project Management teams on client on-boarding. Follow defined Core Support incident and problem management procedures in order to log and track issues. The majority of the job responsibility will be focused on production Application support and Integration. There may be some script development (20%). Job responsibility will from time to time requires work during off hours, weekends and night shifts as this is a 24x7 environment. *Responsibilities:* • The majority of the job responsibility will be focused on Production Application support and Service Integration work • Manage production, QA and development environments. Maintain strong links with the 1st level teams, DCO and the Development teams. • Management of change required to support product enhancement and growth. • Provision and maintenance of documentation on systems configurations, databases, define methods or working and daily operational procedures. • Follow departmental change management procedures in defining, planning and implementing changes in such a way that service disruption is minimized, and adherence to Service Level Agreements is ensured. • Follow defined Core Support incident and problem management procedures in order to log and track issues. • Job responsibility will include Script development (20%). • Job responsibility will from time to time requires work during off hours, weekends and night shifts as this is a 24x7 environment. (Limited) *Required Qualifications:* • Bachelor's Degree or work equivalent. *• 3-5+ years experience with various software applications (Unix/Linux). • Strong analytical skills (root cause analysis and create solutions to resolve incidents.* • Ability to work in a challenging environment to meet product schedules and deadlines. • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, global teams and management. • Working knowledge of Windows systems • Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle. • Working experience with HP and IBM Blades and Oracle/SUN systems. Good understanding of networking and DNS. *Desired Qualifications:* • Experience working in a real-time, market data environment. • Working knowledge of Drupal and Cassandra • DevOps methodologies experience Manager is looking to start with phone screens and move into in-person interviews. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience. The contractor for this role will be focused on Production Application support and Service Integration work. The contractor will also help with on-boarding of new providers. Top skills - 1. Linux 2. Application support experience 3. Good understanding of networking.
