Assist with defining, documenting, designing and configuring reporting solutions. · Design and Build ETL using Informatica Powercenter. · Troubleshoot Business Objects Reporting issues. Aggressively work all issues through resolution. Work with internal support team to resolve difficult issues as needed. · Assist in the facilitation of end user testing as well as customer support in providing post-implementation support and maintenance. · Leverage industry best practices and methods. Write documentation to support the implementation of best practices.
