*DURATION: LONG TERM* *PMP CERTIFIED* *JOB PURPOSE: * Providing project management, analysis, strategies, recommendations, oversight, and implementation on the agency’s behalf for: - Our customer’s Portfolio Management Office with a focus on coordination and implementation of Agency *procurement process and procurements* - Other tasks as assigned by the Project Sponsor and Manager *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provide project management services as an Acting Project Manager for the Portfolio Management Office performing the following duties in implementing the Agency procurement process as well as coordinating specific procurements and : - Responsible for thoroughly understanding and communicating stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, managing all requirements accordingly, and realizing each for the stakeholder - Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback - Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives - Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately - Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals - Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management - Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view - Other duties may be assigned *ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Ability to communicate clearly via written and spoken word to multiple stakeholders including peers, mid-level and senior leadership. · Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested. *SAMPLE DELIVERABLES* Provide the following deliverables per direction of and assignment by the Agency Project Sponsor and/or Manager: - Project Plan(s) - Project Status Reports - Weekly and Monthly Reporting and management duties as assigned or required - Project financial reports and expenditures - All identified project documents - Procurement deliverables defined in Agency procurement process - Other deliverables as identified & assigned *QUALIFICATIONS:* The Project Manager provided shall, at a minimum, meet the following requirements or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience: Experience: Five years’ experience with Extensive Knowledge of IT project management; specific experience and knowledge of the following: - *Experience in conducting fair, government procurements is REQUIRED* - Working hands-on with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle - Data gathering/analysis and writing systems requirements - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to develop and negotiate win/win solutions to project issues Skill/Technology: - Experience with State Government, Medicaid business area, or healthcare industry - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification - Ability to organize and lead project related meetings with customer, development staff, and sponsor level staff - Proficiency with MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) - Proficiency with MS Project - Experience in developing procurement evaluation criteria - Experience working with test plans and test cases - Ability to work with end users/customers to understand and develop requirements - Experience with Project Status Reporting - Experience with Project Quality Management - Experience with Project Budget Management - Experience with Project Resource/Staffing Management - Extensive experience with Project Change Management - Extensive experience with Project Issue Management - Extensive experience with project development methodology and project management methodology and able to apply methodology in a practical manner - *Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and not rely on State or other team members for direction* *EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:* - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with advance education in fields related to position or equivalent experience - Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) *LANGUAGE SKILLS:* - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the English language. -- *Sachin Upadhyay* *Talent Acquisition Manager* Email : sac...@technocraftsol.com Contact No : 614-662-1012 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
