*10 – 12 + months contract* *Location: Roseville, CA* The must skills are ANT, Jenkins, GIT – Garrett Developer, BASH, and Java Description: The engineer will be part of a team that provides automation solutions for validation of device management software for industry leading client’s storage solutions. The Engineer will take ownership of tasks, assigned by the development and quality management teams, and will work independently and with the development and test teams to setup, configure and maintain build and install systems as necessary for the projects. The Engineer will: · Contribute to Agile software development efforts by providing an Jenkins infrastructure for build and continuous integration development and deployment automation for running checkin, regression, verification tests to meet the needs of the project. · Monitor incoming Jenkins build job email notifications of critical job failures or persistent instability, Spot check unstable jobs to check for test failure patterns or persistence, Retrigger or manipulate triggering of gerrit source submissions against build validation jobs · Load-balancing between Jenkins jobs and across Jenkins Master servers · Assist developers navigate and interpret various Jenkins jobs and outputs to assist them in troubleshooting build/test failures. · Upload required jars or jar updates to Nexus repositories (or point to repositories that have required content) · Install S/W including operating systems, virtualization software and applications. · Report lab management status, issues, and program risks to management and technical teams · Identify and share lab management process improvements · Understand storage solution capabilities and the interaction with the management software · Openly share new ideas and contribute to the overall success of the team Supplier will provide personnel with the following qualifications and skills to perform the Services: · Minimum of 7+ years’ experience of enterprise systems engineering. *Kind Regards* *Soumya Kota* |Object Technology Solutions, Inc.
