Location: Durham, NC ======================== *Job Description:-* *Candidates Must have experience in genetics and/or plant breeding sciences* *Primary Skill:* BA,BSA *Skills Required*: Must have 7 years’ experience or equivalent work experience as a business analyst in the areas of scientific discovery or research, with a preference for candidates with experience in genetics and/or plant breeding sciences *SKILLS DESIRED: * Description: Role purpose · Provide business (process) analysis for IS projects within R&D, including requirements analysis, acceptance criteria and related disciplines · Develop and operate business value delivery strategies with senior business stakeholders to ensure the proper ongoing utilization of IS assets within the business · Identify and articulate significant long term IS demand arising in the R&D business · Working with business analysts to ensure good governance practice of all key IS assets providing support for R&D business processes *ACCOUNTABILITIES * · Provide resource and expertise in the areas of requirements gathering, stakeholder management and business process design and re-engineering for projects led by R&D IS. · Help support strategic initiatives such as landscapes, roadmaps, and business process models as required. · Own deliverables such as business process maps, requirements documentation and user acceptance specifications · Develop and participate in the governance of a particular business/IS area and provide a key liaison point into the business during the completion of the design and as a point of continuity through the build, test and roll-out phases of projects · Develop and ensure good operation of business value delivery strategies, liaising with senior business stakeholders to ensure the proper ongoing utilization of IS assets within the business · Promote RDIS brand as one of the key business contacts on senior level · Provide resource and expertise in communication, engagement and stakeholder management ================================== *In case you are not looking for the change at this point of time please refer your colleagues, Friends etc.* *Regards* *Deepak* *United Software Group Inc.* 565 Metro Place S.
