*Qualifications Basic*
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also
consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of
education
• At least6-8 years of experience with SKILLS SET
*Preferred*
• At least 6-8years of experience in Cobol/Assembler with
minimum of 2 yrs. experience in RX-Express product
• At least 6 years of experience in software development life
cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle
activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 4 years of experience in Design and architecture
review.
• Able to provide estimates on the work order/tickets or
projects.
• Able to provide immediate support for any outage and level2
incident.
• Need to work with client SME’s closely and provide immediate
support and get clarified the requirements.
• Able to engage with offshore developers and clarify the
requirements completely and provide support for enhancements.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder
environment
• Experience to Pharmacy Benefit Management domain
• Analytical skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
