Develop remediation plans.* • Understands IT- Need general understanding of how systems work. *• CISSP or CISM or CIPP certification required. • Networking, encryption, security* and compliance are main mission. • Hiring manager is a lawyer by trade; compliance team • Prefer someone with healthcare/HIPPA background • Works with team that provides information to 3rd party auditors/reviewers • GRC tools – OpenPages from IBM *• eGRC background* focus as opposed to IT GRC. The name of the other eGRC tool is MetricStream. • Not open to candidates with only government experience – need someone mixed background that shows flexibility • Phone interview with manager and 2 other team members.
