Participate in projects to implement new systems, releases, or major changes to infrastructure. Interface to end-users and other internal IS groups. May perform as a Shift or Team Lead. *Typically has at least 3 years of experience.* Familiar with and regularly reviews updates to Skill Center Best Practices. May be asked to lead internal projects and evaluate new products/services.
