-Troubleshooting skills
-Logs Analysis, Failed Request Tracing
-Performance Tuning
-Alternate Request Routing (ARR)
-DNS Mapping
-FTP / SMTP
*Good-to-Have *
a. The ability to lead projects, including planning and implementing short
and long term work plans and successfully completing projects on schedule.
b. The ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions
that will meet business objectives.
c. Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and
management.
