*Position: Business Analyst (CLM)* *Location: Alpharetta, GA* *Duration: Fulltime* *Contract Life Cycle Management:* *Job Description:* • Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions). • Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements. • Advise IT management, Project leaders and customers by providing directions on IT technology, opportunities and market trends. • Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects • Ability to provide technical leadership and support to other analysts *Job Experience:* • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • BS/MS/MBA or equivalent • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with users (business domain), project team members and development personnel (technical domain) • Develop requirements and establish traceability to the business vision. • Ensure the requirements are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested • Ability to manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team • Proficient with technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflow processes and test cases • Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels • Proficient requirements meeting facilitator, including demonstrated experience in facilitating sessions using techniques to help define scope and requirements during the lifecycle • Experience with SDLC and at least one or two project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall • Project organization skills to support IT project lead in the initiation phase and later on as needed. *Preferred* • Enterprise Content Management/Document Management • Contract Lifecycle Management • Sales Force Dot Com/ APTTUS • Good understanding of the dataflow and integrations between systems. • Experience gathering requirements for interfaces and/or reporting from a data warehouse *Praveen TiwariUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
