As Director, Engineering Operations, you are an excellent problem solver and communicator who would play a strategic role in building relationships with teams to deliver technology projects and solutions. You are self-driven, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment. **PMP Certification an asset.** Primary Responsibilities • Deliver committed roadmap items in collaboration with groups, departments and feature teams. • Coaching teams to execute the agile application lifecycle process across the organization. • Execute Quality Engineering automation program across the organization. • Focus on performance measurement, ability to scale and capacity planning. • Manage Scrum of Scrums to ensure removal of roadblocks and Release delivery. • Execute the business plan by managing people, products and process. • Focus on critical business issues affecting delivery and mitigate risk. • Program budgeting, planning and forecasting. • Manage Vendors and contracts. • Act as business and process improvement consultant across the technology organization.
