Experience: at least three years of current experience in performance test automation required. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of performance test automation activities. Must have the ability to analyze and understand complex applications and systems with minimal supervision. Must possess problem-solving skills to determine the configuration effects on existing systems. Must have strong decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills to prepare and communicate test plans and procedures as well as to interact with all levels within the company.
