Experience with Linux systems, virtualization in a large-scale environment, perience with Linux Containers (LXC) and Docker Experience with shell scripts and configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef Experience with one or more cloud service providers including, but not limited to AWS, GCE, Rackspace, etc. Familiarity with using cloud management software including, but not limited to Openstack, CloudStack, Openshift, etc. Knowledge of IT operations Passion for testing/development/deployment of high-quality services for correctness and robustness Experience with Java, Go, Scala, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, DJANGO etc are nice to have. Experience with one or more of Kafka, Storm, Cassandra, Zookeeper, or similar Experience with Swift, Ceph, or similar. Experience with tuning Linux systems, Java VM’s, Application services.
