Below is the detail of the job please have a look and respond back ASAP. *Job Details:* *Job Title : **Business Objects Developer* *Location : **Plano, TX or Carson City, NV* *Duration : 3+ Months * *Rate : $60/hr on C2C* *Hiring Process: Phone then F2F* *POSITION SUMMARY:* The primary responsibility of this position is to provide project specific and day-to-day Business Intelligence resources support in the maintenance and integrity of data, reports, dashboards, and scorecards used mainly for Retail Operations and the Loan Management System Replacement Project (LMS). Under general direction from the Business Intelligence Manager, this role will focus on building reports based on stakeholder needs for the successful implementation of the LMS Project. Additionally, the position will support day-to-day operational reporting, both for existing reporting needs and those that might be realized over the scope of the contract. This position will be responsible for obtaining business requirements, working with stakeholders (operations, accounting, legal/compliance, etc.) and analyzing older reporting, new reporting paradigms, new system limitations/advantages to create gap analysis and build new reports.. The individual in this role will partner with the business from a broad perspective to provide strategic and tactical support. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Support and back-up the Business Intelligence Analysts broadly focused on functional areas throughout the organization (Risk, Underwriting, Funding, Collections, Protection Products, Commercial, etc.). · Support the reporting needs of the LMS project · Support the ongoing administration and distribution of productionalized reporting · Maintain ongoing records, timelines, and details for deliverables. . · Assist in the recurring production of management reporting with targeted, incisive and succinct dashboards, analysis, and supporting reports that enable data-driven decisions. · Ensure all recurring reporting requirements are created in a timely and accurate manner; analyze the results. · Support ad hoc data requests. · Collect and provide analytical support for various business users across the organization. · Ensure the company continues to evolve in its data integrity, analysis, and reporting capabilities in an environment of continuous improvement. · Responsible for protecting employees, customers and corporate information. Follow established physical, electronic and procedural safeguards, including policies regarding data protection, segregation of duties, use of passwords, and access to information based solely on business need. In addition, any company-proprietary information (including but not limited to customer information) may not be transferred or transported outside of the company by employees upon leaving the company. · Maintain written records detailing work completed for fulfillment of contract requirements *JOB REQUIREMENTS:* *Experience/Knowledge/Other Skills:* · Bachelor’s degree · Successful candidate will have 5+ years of *financial services industry experience*, preferably in *consumer finance*. General knowledge of reporting needs for funding, operational accounting, and collections operations highly desirable. Understanding of GAAP also highly desirable. · Report, dashboard, and scorecard design/implementation experience · *Technical hands-on database reporting software skills. Working knowledge and expertise in Business Objects 4 is required and validation of such skills may be required.
