*Duration: 6+ month * *Interview: Phone/ skype * *Experience: 7+ years* *Note: Visa Copy Require(Mandatory) * *Qualifications:-* The Lead Systems Architect role is to develop and maintain the high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical systems architecture. This individual will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from IS strategic decision making down to the project planning level. The Lead Systems Architect will work with IS Management to gain organizational commitment for all high-level plans, and initiate and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods for implementing these technologies. *POSITION SCOPE (Include budget responsibility, locations supported etc.):* The domain of responsibility includes assessing; business application and information needs, existing infrastructure and toolsets, and available solution toolsets. Creating architectural solutions and standards to meet these needs within the context of the overall IT infrastructure. *PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* • Combine a deep understanding of technology, applications, industry best practices, business processes and architectural patterns to drive business and IT transformation initiatives that meet our corporate objectives. • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, engineers and analysts to understand strategic business initiatives and develop technical solutions that satisfy those needs. • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior members of the team. • Provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers, Application Architects, Senior Database analysts and other Systems Architects. • Document and develop in-depth knowledge of company’s existing IS architecture, hardware and network infrastructure, and technology portfolio. • Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of application development and integration efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility. • Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in application infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities. • Design and develop processes to implement end-to-end integrated systems. • Review new and existing IS projects, systems designs, and procurement/outsourcing plans for compliance with IS standards and architectural plans. • Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement. *MINIMUM GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: * Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field. *Experience* • 8 plus years in software development • 2 plus years in a System Architect role or similar *Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* • Experience in application development using Java/J2EE technology, JavaScript, Database (Oracle, SQL Server, My SQL) and open source products. • Experience with web service integration (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP) • Firm understanding of SOA and enterprise integration patterns. • Understanding of the open source community and experience applying open source technologies to solve critical business problems. • Ability to design, prototype and assess architecture solutions. • Knowledge of Linux and/or Microsoft server technologies. • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. • Strong team player, quality conscious, solid written and verbal communication skills. • Knowledge of data privacy issues and laws. • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/fulfillment systems is a plus. • Experience with image rendering, automated deployment models and/or cloud based architectures is a plus. • Experience with Mobile Web Architectures, DevOps and/or Service Bus platforms is a plus.
