*Location: Bellevue, WA*

*Duration: 3 to 6+ Months*



*Note: No OPTs and Need H1 copy*



*Job Description:*

• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs.
Develops complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
• Works with Technical Architects, UX Designer and Business SME to designs
systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares
detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded.
Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code,
and technical documentation.
• Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time
requirements. Prepares time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks
and provides recommendations to project managers.
• Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems.
Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming
requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical
advice on complex programming.
• May serve as technical project lead (or may need to provide backup
support to a Technical Architect lead as needed); provides leadership and
work guidance to less experienced personnel. Conducts quality assurance
activities such as peer reviews.


*Qualifications*
• 5+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise level web
applications and sites using MS SharePoint (SharePoint 2010/2013)
•7+ years of experience in software engineering
•In-depth knowledge and 2+ years of experience with SharePoint 2010/2013
site template customization, site definition customizations, SP 2013 App
model SP-hosted or provider-hosted apps (e.g. a Java based app), workflow,
custom web parts, master pages, features,
•Experience with utilizing responsive web design technologies with
SharePoint, such as Bootstrap framework, HTML5
•Experience with taxonomy planning (web applications, site collections,
document libraries, content type, site columns, search scopes and search
content source customization a big plus)
• Experience administrating SharePoint farms at the site collection level
as well as using SharePoint Central Administration console
• Must have strong development skills in SharePoint 2010/2013 environments
• Experience in using SharePoint 2010/2013 framework, C#, ASP .NET
• Experience in developing custom web parts and/or web applications (HTML,
ASP .NET, CSS, XML, JavaScript) and development of solution packages
• Experience in applying software development lifecycle, including
analysis, design, configuration, development and unit testing using
Microsoft technologies
• Experienced with SQL 2008/2012, T-SQL query and PowerShell scripting to
automate tasks
• In-depth understanding of content management, collaboration and social
media tools and techniques
• At least a high-level understanding of Active Directory, AD security,
TCP/IP, DNS, Load balancer, Firewall, SMTP (preferably more in depth
knowledge, other than just high level).
• Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes
into effective SharePoint solutions
• Excellent team players with ability to work with multiple vendors and
internal departments
• Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written
communication skills
• Ability and confidence to work with all levels within the organization
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field
preferred
• Nine or more years of programming or testing experience
• Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating
systems and software
• Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming
software
Other Qualifications
• Strong skills in programming
• Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and
testing of programs
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• Good communication skills to work effectively with team members, support
personnel, and clients
