Business Analyst(Insurance Domain) *Location-* Berkeley heights, NJ Skil- Evaluates complex business requirements; performs process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities. Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of complex business requirements. • Analyzes and documents complex business problems and provides recommendations based on analysis for optimal business solutions. Analyzes feasibility and other aspects of large or complex programs. • Develops business client testing strategies, plans cases and conditions; tests and monitors testing efforts; reviews and approves new system behavior to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives. • Prepares user documentation and training materials. Provides technical training and user support to business groups. Develops communication plans and related activities. • Communicates with both internal and external customers on project status, e.g. vendors, business partners and Information Technology. • Strong experience in preparing BRD (Biz Requirement), FSD (Functional Specification). Conducting UAT, Process walkthroughs • Risk management, modeling and insurance experience • Able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.
