*Description of position*



*The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide administrative
and technical support for the Turnover change management tool (and future
application development tools). This includes package configuration in
support of department development methodologies; providing support to the
project teams as it relates to change management work flow and environment
support; DR / HA considerations and providing vision and strategy for
future usage of the tool.*





*Tasks and responsibilities*

- Analyzes and resolve form issues related to the change management tool
(currently Turnover)

- Designs and create test environments specific to project requirements

- Analyzes root cause of production issues and follow through until
resolution

- Monitors the inbox for questions and issues and prioritize accordingly

- Offer on-going technical project support as it relates to the Change
Management application

- Provides technical support for production forms for the Saturday Install
Window

- Provides technical support for SOX compliance & remediation

- Analyzes technical impact and coordinate upgrades as needed and resolve
related issues if necessary

- Analyzes programs and applications to determine how they function in
order to integrate modifications or enhancements, primarily related to
custom exit programs and API's

- Utilizes analytical skills to provide design direction for custom exit
programs and API's

- Providing mentoring to team members

- Must be willing to be on-call (24/7) to provide support of the change
management tool, as well as general support

- Designs, create, and maintain Turnover-related exit programs and API's as
needed

- Provides design/support of integrations between Turnover and external
software

- Oversees/Manages iSeries-based Object Ownership database.





*Required skills, abilities, and certifications*

- An understanding of Turnover "Applications", "Projects", "worklists" and
other core package components

- Minimum 5 years writing interactive and batch programs in Freeform RPGLE
with SQL and CL on iSeries, as well as structuring code as it relates to
design, efficiencies, and clarity.

- Proficient in interactive SQL

- Minimum 5 years analyzing, designing and writing code specifications

- Understanding of iSeries (AS/400) object authority, and work management
concepts (Job queues, job descriptions, subsystems, etc)

- Proficient in writing test plans and test scripts

- Strong understanding of the workings of a multiple iSeries environment
including DDM files, Opti-connect, Mimix and SQL Packages

- Experience in both new development and production support

- Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills

- Must have excellent communication skills.





*Recommended skills, abilities, and certifications*

- Experience as a Change Management Analyst (Turnover other change
management tools)

- Knowledge of Testbench, ROBOT and X-Analysis

- Knowledge of AIX systems, SOA architecture

- Willing to take ownership of all assigned tasks

- Innovative, creative, and extremely responsive with a strong sense of
urgency

- Able to work independently to overcome obstacles

- ITIL 3.0 Foundations Certified
