*Job Details:* *Job Title : Network and Security Engineer* *Location : Quincy, MA * *Duration : 6+ Months* *Phone and F2F Interview is Required* *Only USC/GC* *General Summary of Position:* Client is seeking an analytical, customer service oriented professional to fill the role of *Network & Security Engineer* within our IT department. The successful candidate will work in a technically diverse and dynamic environment on a variety of multi-classification networks spanning several data centers and remote sites. A successful candidate must have demonstrated skills as a problem solver, troubleshooter, and business advocate. Candidates must be resourceful and research answers to daily networking and security issues. Our top priority is customer satisfaction, professionalism, and the ability to work independently. Communication skills and team fit are highly valued. This position will report directly to the Manager of Information Services. *Duties & Responsibilities:* - Responsible for all aspects of network engineering: design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting - The Network & Security Engineer will be part of a security team that safeguards Client's infrastructure and information - Configure, upgrade and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers and wireless technologies - The *Network & Security Engineer* will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, maintenance and configuration of key initiates.
