We are seeking a Salesforce.com Cloud Professional to work with the
business process and development teams to design, implement and deploy
Salesforce.com Service Cloud application. This implementation is an
extension of the enterprise SF implementation.  Candidates for this role
should possess knowledge of salesforce.com application, data migration and
integration capabilities in an enterprise level setting. Additionally, the
candidate should have the ability to uncover business requirements, develop
a technical strategy and be able to create and effectively demonstrate
solutions that address customer requirements.



Candidates should have an understanding of Call Centers, Contact Centers or
Delivery Centers. Candidates should have an understanding of key
operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a Customer
Support environment. Candidates should possess knowledge of the
relationship between a Customer Support environment and other Business
units such as Sales, or Back-Office. Candidates having knowledge of one or
more key technology enablers used within a Customer Support environment
such as Computer Telephony Integration, Portal self-service or  Knowledge
will be preferred. Hands on experience of Salesforce development tools such
as Apex and Visualforce is required



Basic Qualifications:

•          Bachelor Degree

•          Minimum of  5 years of  Service Cloud Implementation/
Development experience

•          Minimum of  5 years of requirements gathering experience
including process mapping and gap analysis

Preferred Skill Requirements:

•          Call center experience

•          Software system implementation with customer support experience

•          Solution development experience on Force.com or Communities

•          Technical Architect experience on implementation projects

•          Additional Salesforce.com Certifications

•          Background with architecture concepts (integration styles,
architecture styles, patterns)

•          Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e.g. API and
governor limits) and how they influence design

•          Agile and Iterative experience
