FACE TO FACE REQUIRED* Minimum of 8 years combined experience with writing application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions and software support. Candidates must have minimum of 4 years experiences in all of the following: designing, developing, enhancing and supporting software components using *mobile application* development frameworks is required. Minimum of 4 years’ experience of working with native *SDKs (iOS, Android, windows) and UI design tools is required.* At least 4 years of experience with current client-side web development technologies *(HTML 5, CSS, JSON, and JQuery Mobile etc.) and REST Web services/APIs is required.* Experience in working through all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Business Process Analysis/ Solution Architecture/Design/ Planning / Implementation is required. Experience in using hybrid mobile application development *frameworks (Phone Gap, Xamarin etc).* Ability to interact with High Level Senior Management and work with other development team members is highly desirable. The applicant must have experience in development for mobile applications which can handle large volume of data. The applications must be similar in size and scope to the types of mobile applications designed by a large government entity such as the New York City Department of Education. The developer will be tasked with primarily developing and support mobile applications for Public Schools Athletic League (Office of School Support Services).
