*Job Description:*
Essential Functions:
• Work as part of a cross-functional team that is rolling out product
Identification and Data Standards across the company
• Knowledge of UDI, GS1, AIDC preferred
• Project coordination for product Identification and Data Standards at
identified sites
• Execution of protocols for packaging equipment
• Experienced in validation execution (IQ.OQ, PQ)
• Works directly with the manufacturing plants and contract manufacturing
sites on integrating corporate protocols into site quality systems
• Hands-on, execution of validation protocols and write summary reports
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions for CMs
• Work within CM project timelines and identify constraints that impact
schedule
Education:
BA/BS Degree required
(Management/Engineering/Packaging
Experience:
• Manufacturing/quality/validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ) required
• Relevant experience of working in project teams in one of the key
projects related functions (research, product development, regulatory
affairs, production, operations, quality assurance, marketing)
• Experience in medical device industry and/or with packaging, labeling and
printing technologies preferred.
• Experience with the label printer validation is a plus
• Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Project, etc.)
Skills needed :
• Six Sigma and/or Lean certification preferred
• PMP certification a plus.
• Effective communication skills with both superiors and subordinates.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multi-discipline environment,
across various cultures and levels of an organization.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication
skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate both technical and
business information for the region in which you will be operating
• Strong project management skills required- ability to organize and manage
multiple priorities.
• Motivational and interpersonal skills
• Must Embrace change and work within a changing environment
• Must possess strong analytical skills to evaluate complex technical
information
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
