*Job Details:* *Job Title : Automation Test Engineer* *Location : NYC**, NY* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Phone + F2F* *Only USC/GC* *Job Description :* Our client has an existing high traffic blog which was developed without documentation. The Test Engineer will need to go through the code, reverse engineer the existing blog, write test cases and potentially create automated scripts. *Required Skills:* . 5+ years of test engineering experience . Must have the ability to read *JavaScript code *. Should have a solid understanding of modern web development and content delivery technologies *(Node.JS, Angular.JS, Charles Proxy, HTTP, Fiddler, Akamai, etc.) . Automation experience is highly desired (Selenium, Appium, etc)* . Coding experience *(Java, JavaScript, etc) and strong understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Programming is highly desired . Experience with Automation in an Agile environment is strongly preferred *. Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field .
