They use the *Cloudera toolset*. Expecting technical leaders to have design/architecture skills as well as development skills, with experience in batch as well as Java to go with the standard *Hadoop ecosystem tools (sqoop, spark, etc).* Strong communication skills a must. Expect they have previous experience with Oracle and may have *noSQL database* as well. Individuals with lower skill levels may be considered for development roles, but only after the tech leadership positions have been filled. *Web Developers * Expert knowledge *of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript*, any JS libraries Extensive knowledge of building mobile web applications (browser based, not apps) – Responsive design concepts Extensive knowledge of JSP and JSTL Knowledge of *MVC frameworks (Spring, Struts, etc*) Stripes knowledge a plus Experience in using source code control Web and application server knowledge Experience with IDEs – *Netbeans or Eclipse* Any knowledge of working in *agile envt* is a plus 5 – 10 years Experience in the web environment *Full Stack Developer* - This person will primarily be doing web development and automation testing - Prefer experience with Cucumber. Selenium or any automation testing tool will work fine. - The current team does not have a good balance of testing and java.
