Job Title: IBM ODM Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6-12 months Contract Required Experience 7+ years application development and implementation experience. 5+ years of experience with IBM ODM Rules Management is required Able to lead the ODM effort and collaborate with a senior architects and solution designer to effectively deliver projects, enhancements and applications. Able to direct the design, development, and test complex business rules managed and executed by rules engine integrating with BPM platform Able to communicate effectively with the project team, technology partners and business partners. Able to comply with development standards and security policies set within the larger development organization. Proven ability to understanding business requirements and be able to communicate with business as well as within team Ability to elicit and analyze business requirements and verify whether WODM is the right technology choice for solving the problem. Proven ability in rule analysis, modelling, development, validation, deployment and governance. Exceptional analytical skills focused on problem solving and process improvement in a rapidly changing environment. Able to consistently embrace ownership and accountability situations and roles.
