*Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* Service Now Admin, Experience in creating workflows and forms in Service Now, Experience in troubleshooting and debugging Service Now, implementing, supporting and maintaining Service Now, Java scripting experience required for configuring complex workflows Working knowledge of key ITIL Processes like incident management, problem management, knowledge management, change management and Service Request Good interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels.
