Please find the complete JD below and share your updated resume. *Position : QA Manager /Test Manager Location :- Auburn Hills, MI* *Duration :- 12+ Months* * Required Skill :-* *8+ years* of experience required. Planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement / release. Identify, write and implement test strategy (test process) and Master Test plans according to project documentation technologies and development methodologies. Defining the scope of testing within the context of each programme / project / release / delivery. Validate the estimates for testing, prepared by internal and external sources, ensuring that all aspects of testing have been included. Produce test approach documents that mitigate the risks. Conduct Test Governance reviews at the end of each Test Stage, identify any exceptions to agreed Entry/Exit Criteria and negotiate an appropriate response to such exceptions with all internal and external stakeholders. Actively maintain awareness and understanding of current developments and best practice in testing. Provide expert advice and guidance on test methods, techniques and tools.
