Job Title: PEGA Business Analyst Lead or Architect Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: 6-12 Month's Contract Required Experience 7-9 years of experience in BPM Products and minimum 5 Years of experience as PEGA Business Analyst Lead Business analyst experience within an SME or large company Minimum of 5 years of Healthcare Consulting or Lead Business Analysis experience with extensive hands on experience in atleast 3 of the following areas: Creating process models/workflows, process gap analysis, domain data model definition, product evaluation/implementation, business requirement definition, use case definition , testing strategy and test planning Conversant with business process modeling tools like rational software modeler, doors, requirement analysis tools like rational requisite pro, wireframing tools like balsamic, business software simulation like iRise and familiarity with testing tools like Quality Center/ALM Strong domain knowledge on Health care payer industry in one of the following areas: Claims, Member, Billing, Provider network management, Provider contracting, ICD 9 to 10 transition, Benefits, Care management, Healthcare Informatics, Medicare and Medicaid processing Exposure to atleast one Healthcare packages desirable (QNXT, Facets, NASCO, Care Advance, Medecision Alineo, Navinet, Networx etc) Experience of working in Consulting or Application development or Package implementation projects being a part of a diverse global/multilocational team Should be able to translate the functional requirements into PEGA business processes Should have done gap fitment analysis on requirements. Should have attended workshop on-site with functional users and architects. Should have worked as LBA on multiple implementations.
