With Good requirements gathering skills and nice attitude to help create some standards for the analytical platform b. Candidate needs an analytical background as an additional skill. Validation and Pharma background will be an added bonus. c. Preference is to have a person with data warehousing or BI background d. Should be able to understand the architecture and may be have a background on standards from a data modelling perspective e. No database experience is expected. But should be familiar with DB concepts. f. Exposure to Cognos BI tool is not a requirement but helps g.
