They need to go from 8.52 to 8.54.12. Client needs this project completed in order to begin their next project, a major transformation of Payroll, Time and HR. *Work Environment:* Team, Collaborative, Deadline intensive *Interview Information:* Phone *Who is the Internal/External Customer:* Internal users of Payroll, HR and Time systems (Kronos, custom modules on PeopleTools) *Impact to the Internal/External Customer:* Without this Tools upgrade completed, they cannot begin the major transformation project. They also will lose support from PeopleSoft if they do not upgrade from 8.52 to 8.54.12. *Business Challenge:* Client needs to upgrade their PeopleTools platform in order to keep support from PeopleSoft.
