*Duration -: 1year + * *3-5 years’ project management experience* *NEED VISA COPY * *Objective: * *The business partner position will have accountability for all aspects of project delivery. * *The business partner follows the standards, methodologies, polices, and processes established through the business partner and Project Management methodology.* * The business partner role requires an individual who has depth within several of the following disciplines; business process modeling, project management methodologies, information management, vendor performance, and bank operations. * *Required Skills and Education:* - *3-5 years of relevant experience in project management or business analysis* - *Strong documentation, presentation and facilitation skills* - *Strong written and oral communication skills* - *Experience working with technical staff and business users at all levels of the organization. * - *Strong familiarity with excel and PowerPoint* - *Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience in the field of computer science or business administration. * *Preferred Skills:* - *Experience in Banking and Bank Operations* - *Experience in systems analysis, process modeling, process design, Suggesting and implementing process improvements * - *Experience in managing Project Budgets* - *Certifications in Project Management.
