*Job Description:*
This role leads the efforts across all technical work streams to ensure
on-time & on-budget delivery to support the overall project objectives.
The technical delivery teams will be a combination of internal resources,
system integrator resources, and SAP SuccessFactors resources. This role
will provide leadership for coordinating all technical workstreams & be the
point of escalation for technical issues (i.e. identify resources,
deliverables, durations and dependencies, but also help resolve project
issues and risks in a timely fashion)
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams and IT teams to
understand the end-to-end business processes, functional as well as
technical requirements.
- Align both the functional and technical teams to ensure scope is
synched between both areas
- Work with IT functional leads and Project Managers upstream &
downstream (project planning & initiation phase as well as delivery phase)
in order to:
- define technical scope, delivery budget, timelines
- manage the timely delivery of the project (including management of
the delivery budget)
- Work with the implementation partner/IT resources & SAP to align with
the client SDLC and Operating Model
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
- MS or BS in Information Management or relevant experience in the field
- Experience working on larger programs and complex solutions,
preferably in life sciences space.
- Experience with validated Saas SAP SuccessFactors Implementations
- Experience with validated systems
- Experience with Data Migration, Reporting, Integration delivery
- Experience working across the lifecycle of IT projects, such as
assessment and analysis, strategy & roadmap, architecture, build &
deployment, management, etc.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to internal and
external teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Ability to work with all levels, including executive-level with
excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
