Processing daily/weekly Discrepancy Reports within various systems To Perform Manual Access Reviews - Non-standard Accounts and Privileged Accounts on Active Directory, UNIX, Mainframe and iSeries. To Perform Automation Access Reviews in ACCORD system - Privileged Accounts on Financial, BT,R& D Applications. Providing excellent customer service and delivering quality results in work performed for customers as measured by satisfaction surveys. Resolving and/or escalating issues for resolution in a timely and consistent manner Interact with Platform owners, Sponsors/managers, end users and Administrators to determine accounts to be Reauthorized or Revoked in the reviews that are performed. Reviewing review progress during the review cycle and remediates line manager reviewer issues during the certification process.
