*Job Title: Lead Java Developer* *Location: Mountain View – CA* *Duration: 6+ months* *Responsibilities:* · Lead a team of application developers & data analysts · Own the application design process, including needs and requirements analysis for new systems, ensuring compliance with client security operations, and technical/UX improvements for existing systems · Principal responsibility for system availability and application quality; monitor project, team and system performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) using internal tools · Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities and drive the team accordingly · Take a leading role in feature, bug and project prioritization in collaboration with Client stakeholder and team · Create & maintain documentation related to the team’s activities and projects · Train and mentor new and current developers; drive to develop a results-oriented team · Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily standups & sprint retrospectives · Define & Implement process improvements that promote program agility and scalability · Actively contribute to the code base; up to 50% of this position involves coding *Mandatory requirements:* · BS/MS in Computer Science or related field · 5+ years of full stack web application development experience with strong skills in *JavaScript and Python* (preferred) or one or more of Java/C#/Go · Strong skills & experience in complex web application design · Experience in a technical leadership role *Nice to have:* · Client side JavaScript frameworks like Angular · Software development experience with *Google App Engine* · Experience with Agile Scrum -- Thanks & Regards, *Sampath* Damcosoft Inc.
