*Position: Senior Business Objects Developer* *Location: Washington, DC* *Duration: 1 year* *Rate: $50-55/hr* * * *Business Objects Upgrade Consultant* – Need 8 Years experienced consultant….. *Position Description* To provide development support services for BO upgrade project to achieve simplified, timely delivery of the following: o To design and build programs utilizing BO XI R3 tool o Setup, execute, and test the assigned programs utilizing BO XI R3 Webi and DeskI tools. o Migrate, upgrade and test the Business Object XI R3 content/environment o Setup, execute and test the BO and AD integration *Experience Required in the following areas* The software engineer supplement/supports BO Upgrade project team in efforts to migrate Business Objects 6.5 environment/content to BO XI R3. This person also configures the BO XI R3 environment, BO/AD integration and tests the upgrade content. Some of the major responsibilities include: o Administration and Development experience in both of Business Objects Enterprise XI. Experience in various Business Objects Applications like *Web Intelligence, Info View, Desktop Intelligence, Designer,* CMC (Central Management Console), Supervisor, CCM (Central Configuration Manager), Import Wizard, Report Conversion Tool, Security Viewer, *Crystal Xcelsius*, and * Dashboards*. o Migration of *Business Objects 6.5 to Business Objects XI R3 Enterprise*. Migration of the Content (User, Groups, Universes and Reports etc). Experience with Import Wizard and BIAR files applying Business Objects Best Practices.
