*Job Title : Documentum System Administrator & Helpdesk Support
Location : Herndon, VA
Duration : 6 Months*

*Required Skills Set and Experience: *

*1. 3 – 7 years of progressively challenging experience in an IT support and
application operations support position
2. 2 – 4 years of progressive helpdesk triage and end-user support
environment is a must.
3. Strong communications skills; ability to patiently understand and resolve
application and help-desk issues is a must
4. 3 years of experience with Documentum administration is a must.
5. Experience with Documentum Content Server/Webtop is a must.
6. Working knowledge of UNIX, WebLogic, Oracle, and Windows 2003 Server and
Microsoft IIS web server is a must
7. 1-2 years Documentum application development experience
8. Controls and procedures oriented – with strong emphasis on proper
documentation and following standards and procedures to ensure proper
controls is highly desirable
9. General understanding of fundamentals of IT security, access controls and
application security mechanisms is preferred
10. MUST be a good communicator, as all communication with internal
customers will be done via phone.
Nice to have: All of the above plus:
1. Captiva System Administration
2. Captiva Application Development
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
1. Associate Degree with minimum 6 years of experience,
2. Minimum 3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
3. Professional certifications (MCP, MCSE, MCSA) desired
