Annual Sales KPIs of 5 million, Rev managed 2 million and 6 to 8 client engagement projects serving as an Architect.* *• Team management (Delivery and Sales) – Cross functional / practice pursuit and project teams* *• Client Executive relationship – C-level both Business and IT* *• Delivery lifecycle roles (Proposing / Selling and negotiating) – identify opportunities, created proposal and build / execute SOWs.* *Experience:* *Custom BI Solutions for Life Sciences companies Commercial and Contracting operations against several BI Tools including Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, SAS, Hyperion and Oracle. Database should include Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, and SAS. Syndicated data sets like IMS. ETL tools Data Stage and Informatica. Microsoft Share Point portal experience.* *Responsible for high level business process and requirements analysis, architecting solutions utilizing appropriate technologies across various BI Tools and application areas, creating solution definitions, functional specifications and design documents as required, overseeing development, support and training with all documentation, together with testing, production and go-live aspects according to the Capgemini Development methodology.* *Responsible also for business development activities such as the creation of marketing/sales collateral, building of offerings/solutions, responding to RFPs, creating proposals, leading oral presentations and contract negotiations.* *Industry: Life Sciences.* *Areas of focus: Commercial Operations: Strategy and Planning, Sales force Effectiveness, Targeting, Longitudinal Data, Closed Loop Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Direct to Consumer and Competitive Intelligence Technology Solutions: Sales/Marketing EDW, Reporting and Dashboards (Analytics) integrated in an Intranet Portal. * *Example of some Task and Expectations:* *• Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project evaluations with proposed solutions.* *• Perform detailed analysis of customer business processes and requirements to produce custom solution specifications for complex and large projects.* *• Define & architect the design for custom BI solutions.* *• Provide direction to development teams for custom solution realization and participate, as necessary, in coding, testing, documentation and maintenance support activities.* *• Participate in project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents and code reviews.* *• Work closely with internal practices like SAP and Oracle practice or the Cap CS LS practice and external software partners (SAP, Oracle, Informatica).* *• Mentoring other technical resources on your team.* *• Continually enhance existing skills and seek new areas for personal development.* *• Advanced knowledge of architecting BI-based solution (Conference Key Note Speaker). * * * * * * * *
