Additional responsibilities include disaster recovery planning and rotating on-call support. The candidate should have very good communication skills as they will be required to lead implementations and communicate well with Senior IT and Business Leaders. Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. Also performs quality assurance processes to effectively manage system availability and improve operations. Includes support of Exchange servers, such as administration, server builds and upgrades, domain configuration, and performance and tuning.
