Job title: Java production support consultant
Location: SF, CA
Duration: 18 Months

* Required Skills***
1) Dev experience on Money Movement Client technologies or similar (java,
j2ee, oracle, mq or aq queue, same
stuff...)
2)
Prod support experience
3) Fast learning curve
4) Coordinator/leadership role
5) Learn the application
6) Attend dev/bus meeting relating to the conversion
7) Identify prod support needs based on meetings and interactions with other
teams.
8) Single point of escalation during conversion week
9) Research and follow-up of issues
10) Facilitate RAD sessions with dev and other support teams.
