Please respond to my mail with updated resume of consultant, current location, work status and availability to join the project and contact information *Title : Clinical Business Analyst* *Location : Marshfield, WI* *Duration : 6 Months plus*** *Job Description:* The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with clinical and business areas to solicit business requirements through interviewing end users and group facilitation of stakeholder requirements discussion. Works closely with Architecture to define requirements and will need to translate business requirements into visual models using standardized notation, such as Unified Modeling Language (UML). Works in an agile development environment with corresponding business process and requirements artifacts. Candidates with Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and/or Object Management Group (OMG) UML Certification or seeking certification are preferred. *Responsibilities: * Work as the liaison amongst stakeholders. Work with the business to understand the business need, problem and opportunity. Facilitate requirements solicitation from stakeholders and users though one-on-one interviews, observation and group meetings. Perform gap analysis between business objectives, user requirements and current state. Document use case scenarios and workflows (both current and future) as visual models using standardized notation. Assist in building the business case for the proposed solution. Communicate with stakeholders, project sponsor, architecture team, and solutions leadership on a regular basis.
