We’ve Urgent requirement with one of our direct client for Project Management, SAP job opening, Location *– *NYC, NY *Position Title: Project Management, SAP* *Duration: Long term Contract (As well Permanent)* *Location: NYC, NY* *Responsibilities: * · Project management for SAP Implementation · Project management supervision/best practice guidance for SAP projects managed by other staff/managers (dependent on levels of experience and specific requirements) · Contribution to ongoing education and communication of the project management methodology and associated tools for new team members. · Conduct and Manage Status calls with effective communication of Delivery / deployment analysts to ensure successful introduction of best practices and identification of further requirements for process and technical enhancements · Support the Global Delivery Sr. Project Manager in additional tasks related to the delivery of the Project Management methodology and individual projects · Provision of support for compliance activities and other best practice initiatives (e.g. Corporate IT management, Sarbanes-Oxley) · Supervision of ongoing and regular status updates to the Global Delivery Sr. Project Manager and Operating Business *Education and Experience Required:* · This position requires a Bachelor / Masters Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business · Five to seven years experience with previous project management/leadership experience in ERP Project Management, Must have completed 2 large scale implementations with a minimum of one complete SAP implementation. · Recognised Project Management certification such as PMI or Prince 2 is a Plus. · Deep experience with managing fit/gap activities, gap remediation, testing, conversion, and cutover activities · An understanding of technical / ERP concepts, principles and terminology · Exceptional oral and written communication skills, Self-motivated and the ability to set and meet deadlines. · Ability to integrate multiple concurrent deployment/delivery work streams · Experience integrating deployment activities with other transformation activities such as shared services transitions and instituting user support networks · Breadth of experience that includes a good balance of SAP technical deployment capabilities and process / functional / business understanding Experienced interfacing with senior executives in multi-national advertising agency · Advertising industry background / experience desired · Knowledge of SAP implementation methodology · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Strong attention to detail · Ability to clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information · Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Visio and Project Thanks *Vignesh* Sr. Talent Acquisition e mail: [email protected] Linkedin: http://www.linkedin.com/in/viggy1 Phone: 408-754-6161 *AurionPro Solutions, Inc.* 379 Thornall Street 2nd Floor Edison NJ 08837 www.aurionpro.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
