Qualifications: Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience Experience: Very strong background in design and implementation of complex systems. Expertise with C++ programming and object-oriented design and development. Strong experience with Inter Process communications. Strong Knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, sockets, VOIP etc. Very good knowledge of Design Patterns. Strong Knowledge of Linux or a POSIX O/S environment. Good Experience with shell scripting. Knowledge of Satellite communication is a plus. Knowledge of Cryptographic concepts (Symmetric Key, Assymetric Key, IPsec, TLS) is a plus. Understanding of IP routing is a plus. Professional Qualities: Must be able to work in a fast paced development environment. Must be able to analyze and solve technical problems. Personal Qualities: Must have strong interpersonal skills and be self-motivated. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to communicate (oral/written) effectively.
